Say for example if it is a group of 9 people then 2 out of the 9 are just out of certification, this might be an issue if the 7 other scuba divers want to dive in the advanced locations such as the Corsair. It is important to find the common ground or a level that all in the group can enjoy and participate without any problems. So finding out how many dives and when was the last time each person dove is a good start. Diving locations can only be based around the weakest diver.
